• CENTRAL EAST AUTISM PROGRAM

Central East Autism Program

• Intensive behavioural intervention (IBI) provided to children who have been diagnosed by an independent physician or psychologist as having Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Individual IBI programs based on assessment of the child's cognitive, communicative and adaptive behaviour are developed and delivered in either Centre or home-based programs. Transitional support is provided to children completing the program and entering school or other programs.
• Referrals to the Autism Program are made through the Regional Central Intake Process operated by Kinark Child and Family Services at
