Rules

• The Videoconference Room only allows for 16 participants.
• Agencies should limit their enrollment to 3 participants.
• participants should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time.

Tips

• Conduct during Video conferences should follow the rule that 'you are always seen by all other video conference sites.
• Participants should refrain from shuffling papers and making other noises during the presentation.
• Participants should avoid wearing loud prints, whites and bright colours
