In 2017, Lake Ridge Community Support Services was the first Canadian behavioral organization to be credentialed through a multi-level credential program, identifying it as an ethical behavioral organization. Lake Ridge Community Support Services meets the standards set forth by the COEBO community and ratifies by the COEBO Board. The COEBO Code or Code of Ethics for Behavioral Organizations is used to ensure that organizations develop and maintain ethical administrative supports to guide their employees toward ethical clinical and educational practices. All Lake Ridge Community Support Services are based on best practices that are evidenced-based and individualized to the individuals needs.
The Credentialing of Ethical Behavioral Organizations (COEBO) is a corporation established to set and maintain the standards of ethical practice for behavioral organizations set forth in The Code of of Ethics for Behavioral Organizations (The COEBO Code).
