Fee for Service Payment Methods

Lake Ridge Community Support Services accepts payment for fee for service programs including direct payment for autism programs, group programs and other services:

• Interac Debit

• Visa

• Mastercard

• Cash

• Cheque

• Email money transfer

• Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Childhood Budget Cheques

Payment with childhood budgets or through insurance

Lake Ridge Community Support Services programming can be funded through your OAP Childhood Budgets, as well as your insurance provider.

For OAP Childhood Budgets, you will receive your cheque followed by a formal letter with the date you can start spending those funds on qualified services. You may have your cheque forwarded directly to Lake Ridge Community Support Services but we ask that you notify us ahead of time so we can properly follow-up. You can contact us at 905-666-9688.

For insurance providers, you will pay Lake Ridge Community Support Services directly and provide your insurance provider with the receipt. Check with your insurance provider to ensure our services are covered under your current policy.
