In this 7-week interactive group for youth with autism or intellectual disabilities aged 9-14, youth gain a comprehensive guide to puberty for any gender in a safe and supportive group format.

Topics covered can include: What is puberty and when does it start? • Different body changes for both females and males • Anatomy and Reproductive Systems • How to Manage Hygiene (would include menstruation, ejaculation, shaving)
