Tracey Tink

About:
Tracey brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across technology, consulting, and customer success to her role as Board President of Lake Ridge Community Support Services. Most recently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Censia, a San Francisco based talent intelligence platform, Tracey is now a transformation coach and entrepreneur, focusing on empowering high-achieving women and holistic wellness through her Cobourg, ON based practice.
Why the LRCSS Board?
Tracey believes that everyone deserves equal opportunity, love, and support toward reaching their unique individual potential. She chose the LRCSS board because she stands behind the mission of educating families, communities, and individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism through programs, support groups, and tools that empower all of us to acknowledge our gifts and accept the gifts of others.
As Board President, Tracey has worked to elevate LRCSS's community presence and strengthen organizational infrastructure while continuing to advocate for neurodivergent talent in the workplace. Andy Allison

About:
Andy is the former Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of Clarington and former In-House counsel for the Municipality of Clarington, City of Pickering and Regional Municipality of Durham. He’s a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and the Ontario & Canadian Bar Associations and has served as a board member for minor sports organizations.

Chris Gibson
Secretary/TreasurerJoined Board: 2023
About:
Chris has a background in banking with two decades of experience in business banking and capital markets. He now works as a product leader for smartTrade Technologies providing trading and payments technology to banks worldwide.
Why the LRCSS Board?
Chris is enthusiastic about contributing to LRCSS because of its positive impact on the community and the vital work it does helping children and adults build the skills to maximize their potential.
Don Leblond
Board MemberJoined Board: 2025
About:
A retired Executive Vice President, Commercial Solutions Don was lead for software solutions and data sales for the nonprofit MPAC until 2024. Previously he served as Chief Strategy Officer for 10 years with accountability for Human Resources, Strategy and Project Management, as well as Risk, Audit and Quality oversight.
As a parent of an adult child with Autism, Don has been involved in school boards and councils and has used provincial services to support his child's development and well-being. For over 20 years, he has worked in the not-for-profit and public sectors, balancing the need for strong governance with the opportunity to generate revenue to offset government funding and increase program support.
Why the LRCSS Board?
Since recently semi-retiring, Don now has the time to get involved in the community and support organizations like Lake Ridge Community Support Services. His family has benefited for years from services that support Autism and strong mental health, so this is a cause that is especially meaningful to him.
Matt Peacock
Board MemberJoined Board: 2023
About:
Matt has been a local chiropractor in solo practice since 1995. He has a B.Sc. from Western University and D.C. from CMCC in Toronto. Matt is currently a member of The College of Chiropractors of Ontario, The Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
Why the LRCSS Board?
Matt has had a variety of community involvement through his 28 years of practice and is keen to use his experience to help the LRCSS in their mission to help all individuals have the opportunity to reach their unique potential.
Mack McLachlan

About:
Mack is currently a manager in a large non for profit where his focus is data, quality and information systems.
He has managed both large and small teams during his 30 years working where he has held board different board positions on both not for profit and corporate boards.
Why the LRCSS Board:
His real passion is for sports and encouraging others from all walks of life to participate. Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.
Morgan Flanagan

About:
Morgan Flanagan, CPA, CGA, is a public sector finance leader with more than 19 years
of experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and business
planning. In local municipal government, Morgan leads long-range operating and capital
forecasting, oversees the annual budget process, and partners with departments across
the organization to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and transparency.
Why the LRCSS Board?
As an advocate for my child, I have experienced the challenges of helping my son thrive
in a world that did not understand his perspective and within an education system that
lacked the supports he needed to reach his full potential. Joining LCRSS gave me the
opportunity to apply my skills to help others access the supports they need and live their
fullest lives.
