Renee completed a Psychology Degree from Queen’s University, then attended Saint Lawrence College to complete a post graduate diploma in Behaviour Science Technology. It was at SLC that Renee developed a passion for Applied Behaviour Analysis, more specifically, Intensive Behaviour Intervention and children with Autism and pursued a career in the field. Years later, and a completion of a Masters of Applied Disabilities studies, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst Certification and a Registered Behaviour Analyst Certification, Renee still loves the field and the impact ABA has on all the families who enter through LRCSS’ Door. As a part of the LRCSS family for 15 years Renee is proud of her organization’s ability to adapt and thrive in the ever-changing behavioural services landscape in Durham. Renee feels LRCSS success is a result of ordinary people doing the little extra that results in extraordinary outcomes for their clients and families.
