😑 Guiding Your Child Beyond Dysregulation To Thrive πŸ˜Œ

Is your child experiencing big emotions, intense after-school meltdowns, sudden shutdowns, or behaviour that seems to go from 0 to 100 in a split second? Join us for a comprehensive, evidence-based training program where we unpack the neurological and sensory hidden factors driving emotional dysregulation.

What is the Regulation Roadmap Workshop?

Parents will learn how to shift from reactive discipline to proactive environmental design. We will guide you through mapping physiological body cues, calculating daily "sensory bank" debits and credits, and implementing the co-regulation pyramid so that you can establish real safety before attempting to teach long-term coping skills.

What Parents Will Walk Away With

Participants will receive a complete toolkit of clinical resources and take-home practical frameworks, including:

  • The "Detective" Pattern-Tracking Checklist: A diagnostic observation tool to identify early verbal, gross motor, and physiological stress clues before an outburst occurs.

  • The Daily Sensory Bank Tracker: An account-balancing worksheet to map out your child's daily sensory stressors (debits) and schedule calming, proactive inputs (credits).

  • The Emergency Refill Reset Protocol: A rapid 3-step action sheet to pause environmental debits and deploy targeted sensory resets during early-stage overload.

  • The Coping Strategies Visual Guide: A visual keychain-ready guide featuring breathing techniques (Windmill, Lazy 8, Box breathing) and sensory soothing practices tailored for neurodivergent individuals.
