The Regulation Roadmap
😡 Guiding Your Child Beyond Dysregulation To Thrive 😌
Move beyond reactive responses to true emotional regulation
Is your child experiencing big emotions, intense meltdowns, sudden shutdowns, or behaviour that seems to go from 0 to 100 in a split second?
Meltdowns and behavioural outbursts are involuntary stress responses driven by a flooded autonomic nervous system, not deliberate defiance. By moving from a mindset of correction to connection, parents can transform how they support their child’s nervous system. Join us for an evidence-based training program where we unpack the neurological and sensory factors driving emotional dysregulation.
